Welcome to platinn

Start-ups and SMEs are the real engines of business innovation in our economy. They possess a unique expertise and they know the emerging needs of their customers. Combined with flexibility, which is their greatest asset, these firms have a strong potential to develop niche and high value-added markets.

But this challenge is complex. More than half of businesses encounter obstacles related to the validation and prioritization of ideas for innovation, as well as with partnerships and the development of internal resources, like strategy, expertise and organizational structure.

Overcoming these obstacles is platinn’s mission: “strengthen business innovation for SMEs!”. Founded in 1991 under the name CCSO, our association counts some 1’200 clients to its credit, of which 90% have less than 50 employees. Thanks to the support of the six French-speaking cantons and the SECO, the expertise of platinn’s 36 coaches has become accessible to SMEs.
