This service helps with the optimization and evolution of the organization. It relies on a methodology that facilitates alignment between organization and strategy, including:
- A holistic approach that takes into account “Technology, Organization and People” (TOP);
- A multitude of participatory tools that facilitate building and developing the organization and its resources with the persons involved;
- A system of measurement to identify gaps and to define quantitative objectives for improvement projects;
- A team of accredited coaches.
The benefits of this service, in a general way, correspond to the various problems associated with a firm’s transitional periods of growth and maturity; or, to problems related to a specific entity, department or product, for example.
The results of an intervention, in mobilizing the capacities and skills of collaborators involved in the planning, are directly visible in the processes, the resources, and, finally, in the goods and services generated.
Some examples of the objectives of an intervention:
- Bringing the organization and its resources in line with its strategy;
- Increasing productivity;
- Improving performance;
- Controlling production cycles and processes;
- Optimization of costs and operations, preserving or (re)creating a profit margin.
